Working with you
Your Urban Oasis team includes a dedicated Build Project Manager who oversees the entire process from concept to installation of your concrete pool or spa ,and if required, through to the final finishing touches of any desired landscaping, fencing or water features.
Our process involves:
- Understanding exactly what you want - because the decisions made are to last a lifetime. We’ll have a conversation with you that explores your needs and wants so we can design an environment that will become the heart of your outdoor living.
- Designing a space you’ll love – you’ll receive a fully detailed site drawing to approve so that you can become familiar with your new landscape before it even materializes.
- Detailed project plans and updates outlining the build process – you’ll be provided with detailed project plans outlining every step of the construction process. Your Build Project Manager will give you regular verbal updates, explaining the progress and seeking your approval as each construction stage is completed.
- Managing the planning, approvals and reports - engineering reports, council planning and building approvals are also managed on your behalf.
- Completion of your urban oasis – once installation is complete, your living space will be ready for enjoyment, a place where memories can be made and treasured.
